Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program
To register for the North Dakota Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program, you must register on the national CMS Registration and Attestation website.
Once registered there, you will receive a registration tracking number. You will need to use that registration tracking number to register for the ND Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. Please complete the following online form and submit electronically. Once submitted, your information and documentation will be verified. If all information and documentation is complete and correct, you will be contacted by the State Medicaid HIT Coordinator to inform you about the payment date.
You also will be contacted, if additional information or documentation is needed to process your request or if the State Medicaid Program determines that based on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services 42 CFR Parts 412, 413, 422 et al. Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Electronic Health Record Incentive Program; Final Rule you are not eligible for the program.
2015 Meaningful Use Modified Stage 2 measures are not available at this time.
2015 Meaningful Use is expected to open in Mid-April
With the recent release of the 2015 program requirements, Meaningful Use attestations are NOT being accepted at this time.
2015 MU attestations are expected to open up in April 2016.
The current deadline for all 2015 attestations has been extended to April 30, 2016.
Registration for Eligible Professionals (AIU ONLY) for 2015 is open.
Registration for Eligible Hospitals (AIU ONLY) for 2015 is open.
