Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program

To register for the North Dakota Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program, you must register on the national CMS Registration and Attestation website.

Once registered there, you will receive a registration tracking number. You will need to use that registration tracking number to register for the ND Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. Please complete the following online form and submit electronically. Once submitted, your information and documentation will be verified. If all information and documentation is complete and correct, you will be contacted by the State Medicaid HIT Coordinator to inform you about the payment date. It may take 7-10 days for payment.

You also will be contacted, if additional information or documentation is needed to process your request or if the State Medicaid Program determines that based on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services 42 CFR Parts 412, 413, 422 et al. Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Electronic Health Record Incentive Program; Final Rule you are not eligible for the program.

Registration and attestation for the 2012 EHR incentive program is now closed.
We are currently upgrading the attestation website for 2013 registration.
The new link will be published soon to begin your 2013 registration and attestation for both AIU and Meaningful Use.
